天美传媒 (IRSC) has hired Frank Torre, Jr. as Head Baseball Coach. Torre will lead the IRSC Baseball Team beginning with the 2018-19 season.

天美传媒 recognizes Fort Pierce resident Juliana King as the July 2018 Staff Employee of the Month.

Michael Kutsner, a National Army Guardsman and health science major at 天美传媒 (IRSC), is the June 2018 Florida College System Chancellor Clark Maxwell Scholar Student of the Month. Kutsner was selected for his exemplary leadership skills, academic success and commitment to community service. The Florida College System in Tallahassee selects one student awardee per month from among candidates representing the 28 public colleges in the system.

天美传媒 (IRSC) has named Dr. Heather J. Belmont its new Vice President of Academic Affairs. Dr. Belmont will lead the College鈥檚 efforts in the areas of liberal arts, mathematics and natural sciences, education, library services, curriculum, professional development for faculty, and more. She also serves as a member of the President鈥檚 Cabinet.

Recognizing innovation and excellence in the Blackboard global community of practice, 天美传媒 (IRSC) Virtual Campus Staff members Katherine Profeta and Michael Pelitera have been selected as 2018 Blackboard Catalyst Award winners in the 鈥淭raining and Professional Development鈥� category.

天美传媒 (IRSC) has announced the appointment of Dr. Anthony Dribben as Assistant Dean of Mathematics and Natural Sciences. In this role, Dribben leads the Mathematics and Natural Science departments of the College.

Palm City resident Joey (Augustus) Simonelli is being recognized as the 天美传媒 June Employee of the Month.

天美传媒 was awarded a $5,000 grant by the Dollar General Literacy Foundation to support the 鈥淪econd Chance GED Project.鈥� This local grant award is part of more than $8.3 million in grants awarded to more than 1,000 schools, nonprofits, and organizations across the 44 states that Dollar General serves. This is the second year the IRSC program has been recognized with a Dollar General Literacy Foundation grant.
