Port St. Lucie resident Angelica Mercedes is recognized as the November 2018 Staff Employee of the Month.

The Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) has awarded a $1.53 million grant to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ (IRSC) through the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund.

In response to increasing demand for high quality manufacturing employees, and in cooperation with ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½, Piper Aircraft, Inc. has launched an accredited apprenticeship program.

The Clark Advanced Learning Center has again been designated a School of Excellence by the Florida Department of Education. This is the second consecutive year the school has earned this prestigious recognition from the state.

ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ earned recognition as the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) Chapter of the Year and as an AFC Platinum Chapter at the 69th Annual Meeting and Conference of the Association of Florida Colleges (AFC) held earlier this month in Orlando.

Fort Pierce resident Associate Professor Douglass Wilberscheid is being recognized as the November Faculty Member of the Month.

Spring registration at ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ (IRSC) opens for all students on Monday, November 5. Students are encouraged to register early to ensure they are ready for the first day of class on Monday, January 7, 2019.

Governor Rick Scott announced on October 30, 2018, that the Florida Department of Economic Opportunity (DEO) has awarded a $1.53 million grant to ÌìÃÀ´«Ã½ (IRSC) through the Florida Job Growth Grant Fund. This award will allow IRSC to expand its nationally recognized model of workforce training and industry partnerships into a new IRSC Aviation and Marine Training Program (AMP) to meet the growing workforce needs of two key industries.
